Banana pakora ingredients

  • 3 sliced raw bananas (Make sure to rinse the bananas before peeling and slicing them)
  • ⅔ cup of water
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Pinch of asafoetida

  • Take the banana slices out of the water and pat them dry with a tissue.
  • Add oil to a pan and set it on medium heat.
  • Dip the banana slices in the batter.
