These 5 fruit and vegetable miracle juices for glowing skin are not only amazing for your skin but also delicious! 

Sweet beets!

Glass of beetroot and carrot juice


  • ½ cup of chopped carrots
  • ½ cup of chopped beetroot
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • ½ glass of water

How to prepare it:

  • Blend the carrot and beetroot in a blender with the water.
  • Strain the juice and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

The juice has to be consumed immediately otherwise it acquires a weird taste. You can also add cilantro to the juice if you like the taste of it. This juice is very rich in Vitamin A and Iron which helps in achieving a clear glowing complexion.

Spinach juice in a glass


  • ½ cup of spinach
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 glass of water
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

How to make it:

  • Blend the banana along with the spinach and water.
  • Strain the juice and add cinnamon. I suggest avoiding sugar since the ripe banana is already sweet.

Ensure you rinse the spinach properly before using it for the juice. This juice is very rich in free radicals and will help repair skin damage accrued from the sun and pollution.

  • 1 whole peeled orange
  • ½ bell pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ glass of water

How to make it:

  • Blend the bell pepper, orange, and water together.
  • Strain the juice and add salt to taste.

Use fresh oranges for the juice for better results. This juice is high in Vitamin C which will help in getting rid of pigmentation. It also helps in slowing down pre-mature ageing.

  • ½ cup of chopped celery stalk
  • ½ tsp of honey
  • ½ glass of water

How to make it:

  • Blend the apples with the celery and water.
  • Strain the juice. The celery when blended can leave a thready residue so it’s important to strain it.
  • Add honey to the juice.

This juice will help you achieve smooth skin and reduce inflammation from within when consumed on a regular basis.

Too much of anything can be harmful. I suggest consuming two juice blends in a week and using fresh fruits and vegetables for all your juices.
